The treehouses are designed carefully to blend in with their woodland surroundings, and they are perfect for a memorable and truly magical family getaway. Please be aware that Living-Room treehouses are up to 30ft above ground via steps, so this isn’t necessarily an accessible option.
Nyth Barcud Treehouse
Nyth Barcud Treehouse is a ground level treehouse that sleeps two adults and two children. The simple interior of the dwelling is a perfect contrast to the luscious leafy greens that can be seen out of every door and window. It’s wonderful to see that a ramp can be provided and that all doorways are wider than 81cm. The entire treehouse is also located on one level, making this a truly wonderful option for anyone who needs to consider accessibility.
Oaken Fort
Oaken Fort isn’t strictly a treehouse. Rather, it’s a wooden fort nestled away in the Powys countryside with a very ‘treehouse’ vibe. Oaken Fort combines childhood dreams of forts and treehouses with a touch of real luxury, making it a very special location for a getaway either with or without the kids.
